Hi Guys was just looking at getting some summer tires, when it comes to price buying south of the border would be the best case, but then there is the hassle of going there, declaring, duty , taxes, time etc.

Prices seem reasonable for a local store and includes installation. As i have never used Hankook/Kuhmo/Toyo Im not sure what to expect, what are your experiences? Has anyone used any of these stores before?
As for the tire im looking for - nothing special just a regular summer tire that will help me get to work n back (10km round trip) and maybe a few long trips. While i dont mind sporty , i prefer the balance to be slightly towards comfy.
Are there any better deals locally?
How come max doesnt have a tire sponsor?
Max used to have a tire sponsor and based on my experience, his pricing cant beat Simply tire
Great service at Simply. Would recommend
Zracing and Tire Connection are site sponsors.

I've been checking locally and in the US for 20" tires and you just cannot beat the US pricing. I'm looking at savings of around 50% from local pricing which means I can put the savings into new wheels to soften the spend. Since I'll be taking a family trip shortly to the States I'll just order the tires and pick up at one of those US address depots.
Try Go For Tires in Markham... It's a rice shop, so my wife's Odyssey felt at home getting new tires. I got the impression that the techs take their work seriously AND they had unbeatable pricing.
Let us know how they compare.
The tech at simply tire forgot to put the lock nut in my car. Didn't find out till 6 months later :(
