Best place for monthly car rental in the GTA??

Need to rent a car for 2-3 months, but the prices online and when I call around are really high, usually well above $600 per month.

Anyone know a place I can get a rental for about $400 per month or know of a place that have great monthly rates??

Thanks.

try finding a short term lease on leasebusters. otherwise hotwire/priceline will probably get you the cheapest rates (about 14$ a day on average for long term rentals). Try quoting 3 X 30 days instead of one 90 day block.

Is that $600 with the insurance?

Car, just something to get around.

$600, no insurance.
The taxes are more then the rental in most cases.

-Put it on a Gold Card and the insurance is covered.
Had a friend write off a car, and they did try to put the entire cost of the car on the card, but the credit card company took care of it.

- Talk to you dealership or fav bodyshop you know.
They get good rates (e-car especially).

I used to rent cars from e-car through the dealer on special cases for well under $20/month.

Also consider buying a $1500-$2500 car that is certified and etested already..

(Not mine - just saying)

Drive it for 2 months, and even if you sell it for 500, you're still ahead.
You could easily sell that Civic for $1500 in the spirng..

I've done that before, while waiting for a new car.

Buying a car is not an option, don't want the hassle. Thanks though.
