Yeah my local BMW dealer quoted me $4200 then he said he will get it for $3900, wow what a deal. I have found a place in the US for $2000 but now i'm looking for a broker who can get it through customs for me.

You can get it locally (Ontario) for about half of that! Problem is they sell out fast! If you are not in a hurry, might be able to help you out.

I found it at getbmwparts.com for $2070 us, can you get it for that price up here in canada and I don't have to worry about the duties. I think I spoke to you on the phone today.

I finally bit the bullet and had getBMWparts.com ship one to a friend in Cal, then ship up to BC.

A guy got one from bavrian auto wreckers on ebay for 1200
