E30 option brochure
If you want to know what your E30 DIDN'T come with...

My personal favourite has to be the double rearview mirror.

That's funny because I have this brochure downloaded and I was just looking at it yesterday.

This pic is pure win...

cool. Didn't know black wheels were a factory option.

wow they sure don't make them like they used to after looking at all those options.

that was a time when it was awesome, and we didn't even know it yet ;-)

so I'm at the dealership yesterday watching my tech buddy do a cert series 3 car that is a 2009. remember the e30 bottle caps how they corroded around the chrome center cap after like 10-15 years. well the alloy rims they have are doing it after 2 years around the quality? aaaaahuh!!

it's no wonder tech's are now required to sign non disclosure statements about the product. There is only one simple reason for that...

Those are dealer installed options, not factory ones. That is a big difference.

Seriously, I have that baby blue winter suit. It's a BMW MStyle suit. I look like a Smurf in it, but its warm for gokarting in the winter. :)

Hardtop lift is a definite "need it".

I'm gunna need that locking shift knob (only ever seen one for sale), the red ski tote box, and the side windown shades. That is all.

cormier 11-16-2012 01:06 AM

I don't really understand the locking shift knob concept lol?

aviator 09-02-2013 11:53 PM

If the knob is locked the thief can't drive away so easy... very useful on convertible cars.
btw the linky is dead.
