lifter replacement.
 

hey guys,

i am new to beamers and a buddy of mine effed his engine up. His lifter is knocking like a mofo. so id like to replace it for him. i ve done lifter on V8s but dont know how hard it is for BMW s.

so my question is :
where can i get the lifters from?
is there any other efficient and less time and money consuming solution for it?
how long and how hard is it to replace the lifters on it?
whats the procedure to replace the lifters?
