Oddly enough it came up as a 325es at the registry ? I am a bit of a BMW noob but hat will change shortly

You would have loved the car I just sold 93 eg hatch with 93 1.8L jdm GSR vtec with lsd close ratio 5spd, type r cam, and a boatload of suspension upgrades. I was regretting it until I spotted my new baby in red :D

The ministry isnt 100% accurate on this. There was no 'es' models in 1988.
The 'es' models were only in 1986 and 1987.

Registries are so frustrating they really dont know their butts from a hole in the ground. I myself was not 100% sure and really still do not know enough about BMW models to comment either way. Thank you so much for the link :)
