actually the factory oem ball joint is not available separately from the control arm from the dealership. they sell it complete. Never has been. these should be stamped lemforder. restamping isn't necessary in this case as long as bmw stamp isn't on it. and if you look at the oem ball joint stamp you will only see lemforder on the bottom.

But for that price??? you simply can't go wrong. How much mileage you get from them is the question.
