Thinking of selling my 2001 330ci E46. I owned the car for about 3 years, just about everything was upgrader or replaced; Supercharged, full suspension, exhaust, interior, body etc. The shell has about 260K km but everything else has much less, many parts just a few weeks old! Runs great, has M3 power, comes with valid E-test done in Feb 2012, everything works. Serious offers ONLY.

2001 330ci coupe
Full OEM M-Tech body kit; front/rear bumpers, side skirts
OEM M3 lip spoiler
OEM M3 aluminum hood
OEM M3 black moldings (windows)
Rieger replica (Eurostyle) window spoiler
Clear signals with LED bulbs and resistors

Brand new BC coilover kit, fully adjustable shocks/springs

OEM M3 competition BBK, custom made rear caliper mounts
Fresh fluid change

18" BBS Style 5's, staggared, polished lips

Work done;
Rear subframe re-enforced at Bimmersport few years ago
Trailing arm bushings (urethane)
Front ABS sensor
Tie rod ends (inner and outer, last summer)
Valve cover gasket (last year)
Oil filter housing gasket
Cam sensor gasket
Fuel pump and filter (last year)
Ignition coils (last year)
Trottle body (has 130K)
MAF (has 130K)
Cooling system (has 59K)
Sunroof assembly (has 150K)
DRL delete

Few things are missed i am sure, but call for more info. NO test pilots!

Not after it was fully tuned, last dyno was about 270 to the wheels, so stock M3 range, very fun to drive! :D

Simply put; NO!

A 5 will never be a 3, they are apples and oranges! Both great, but very different; if it was a DD, or my only car, maybe i would pick the M5. But as a summer toy, it doesn't get better then a Coupe IMO.*th-up*
