Where in the GTA to measure car weight?
 

Does anybody know where I can put my car on a scale?

How much is the going rate for this?

Last time i needed to do this i just pulled into a weigh station (for commercial truck enforcement) and asked. They did it for me for free right away.

^Yup. use any of them when they're "closed." You can still drive up to the pad and it will give you a readout. Subtract your body weight and there you go :)

Do you know some of the location of these weigh stations?

There is one on the 400, I believe it's a couple of minutes north of Major Mac.

Only one I know of is on HWY10 on the way to Forks. The 400/Major Mac sounds like the closest to you.

Go to any waste transfer station.

Drive in and drive out not dumping anything. You will have your in and out weight.

OR you could try stopping at one of the MOE inspection stations off the highway. Not sure if this is completely legit however.... :)

So you just drive up on it when they're "closed", or should you talk to someone?
I always see at least one car parked there, so I assume someone is there.

The readout has been turned off the last several times I've been there this year.
