Scotty's Shine Shop downtown. They're not cheap, but they do excellent work.

I also highly recommend Scotty's Shine Shop. Or better yet buy some cleaning supplies and do it yourself?

Fine Details is an excellent source for a terrific job and reasonably priced. Located in the south end of the city. Wharncliffe and Southdale.

Wow. Forgot to update here. Ended up at Scotty's as per some of your recommendations. I was just looking at my car the other day and it's covered again.

Will have to do something once the weather warms up.

im guessing your car is white? the rail dust sticking and rusting is a common problem on whites...
