Rattlecan Paint Match in Ottawa?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a place to get a can of spray paint to match my 2003 TIAG 325xi, and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations in Ottawa?

The issue is that somehow I've lost both of the covers for my headlight washers, and I can only find replacements that are unpainted. I'd rather buy ones off a parted out E46 but I can't find them, and obviously I'd prefer to have them painted properly, but that's prohibitively expensive for such small parts so I figured I'd spray them myself.

Anyone have any experience buying colourmatch spray paint in Ottawa - or even better - anyone have any 2003+ Titanium Silver 3 series headlight washer covers?

Thanks!

Nick

Just take some sandpaper ( 200-300-500 grit) and work ur way to 2000grit wet sanding. Would look just like the pait if you can find a same colour spray paint.

Any old/used headlight washer covers will easily crack and fall off. I was in the same situation and painted the parts myself. I still have color matched TIAG spray paint and brand new headlight washer covers. Just PM me.

Napa on St-Joseph will make rattle cans based on your vin number. They will also dilute more if only touch ups will be done which helps to fade in with the existing paint. They will also make you a new bottle for free if you are not satisfied with the color. Best to show up with the car.

Yeh, they're great. Made me a few cans of Alpine White for my old sedan, which matched right on.

Carquest off Merivale has the gear to scan the paint to get a dead-on match.

I know it's a very old thread, but I've been absent for a while.

But if anyone else uses this thread as a Search option one day, Fender Factory on Lapperiere in the West end does colour match rattle cans. I've used them a few times in the past.
