Lowering Springs

What kind of lowerings springs go well with Bilstein suspension shock/strut set for e46 325xi ?

Im looking to lower ride height and still have a comfortable ride

Im looking at H&R Sport Lowering Springs and Eibach Pro-kit Lowering Springs. Any Opinions?

i have vogtlands with my bilstein sports and i love them. very comfortable ride
