They do have a heart afterall!
Didn't drive E36 all winter,(started it and warmed up real good once a month) when I went to start it up once my insurance was on I couldn't find the keys!
I was driving around for a couple days with the wallet key.
So I Ordered a key for my e36 at the middle of march from a bmw dealership.
Took about 2 weeks to be mailed from Germany due to a clerical error.
The day I recieved my new key from the dealer, I ended up finding the set I lost fcplm
Recieved a phone call yesterday saying that the clerical error had another key made and shipped and that I could have it free of charge! Thanks budds.
how much did the new key cost?
came to $92 with tax. lucky the e36 keys dont have the remote incorperated into them. bought the alpine remote fob off bimmerforums since they dont make them anymore
