rear subframe bushings

i have an m3 rear end and my subframe mounts are blown, im planning to replace them, but i'm reading different things from different sources. Should I go oem or polyurethane?

I do track the car

I felt it was weird that turner recommended going oem.

Voice opinions plz and thank you.

Unless you have an all out race car go OEM it will be much more liveable

I have Powerflex subframe bushes and they didnt make the car any more Unlivable at all.

OP, Either Powerflex Black bushes or AKG Black 90A

Both are superb quality
