E46 Heated Front Seats

-have a pair of heated leatherette front seats (manual).
-they are in excellent shape with one exception, there is about a 3-4cm tear in the driver seat. Most people don't even see it because the tear can be pressed down to look almost non-existant. I have included 2 pics of the driver seat to show. The passenger seat is mint.
