BMW M47 Diesel Engine

Hi,

I'm hoping you guys can answer some questions for me.

I originally wanted to import a Diesel BMW car from Europe but Transport Canada regulations suck balls.

So instead I'm now thinking of just importing a diesel engine.

My question is, how hard is it to switch a bmw to diesel (Engine swap)? what exactly is involved, and is it worth it?
