Clutch issue...

Hey guys I just started to feel this clutch issue a couple of days ago..

when I lightly apply my foot on the clutch pedal i have slight "vibration" coming from the pedal. while releasing the pedal it "jitters" while accompanied by the noise.

in the video its kind of hard to hear it, but it is there. Ive searched all over maxbimmer and all other bimmer forums and the likely hood is its a throw out bearing.

but I have a really good feeling its the flywheel even though I am not feeling or hearing any "grinding"

when the clutch is fully pressed at the bottom I feel the vibration.

Just wondering what you guys think it could be?

you need new clutch, its probably down to hitting the springs.

Most likely it's either the bearing or the fork. Either way, you'll have to take the transmission off, so prepare for a new clutch job anyway.

mine did pretty much exact same thing but with high pitched squeel, replacing release bearing this weekend let you know if that fixes it!

Yup, throw out bearing.
Lots of work for a 30 dollar part.

This is what mine sounded like about 2 days before it seized onto the tranny input shaft destroying itself along with the tranny.

My bearing failed on my car once. The fork spun and broke my bellhousing. :(
