any professional detailer?
Hi I am looking for a detailer who can make my car back to showroom condition or at least the exterior lol
my car is black and have lots of swirs and light scratches (they are from the previous owner) I live in Guelph but Im willing to drive to toronto if necessary thanks! |
Sounds like you need a polish. There's a couple of detailers on the board, but this will run you a pretty penny, as someone will actually have to flatten your clearcoat.

depends on what you want done; how much clear is actually on the car. Depends on how deep the scratches are. If you just want to cut and polish you can do that. Personally I don't guarantee anything that requires wet sanding. If I don't know anything about the paint, coats etc. one best play it safe and just polish the car. there are products which hide swirls. Be prepared to leave the car for a day because a proper job will take that long. Especially black!!

I've seen alot of Wes' work and its pretty impressive... |
I would recommend Zach. He's not going to charge an arm and a leg, and he's good. I honestly don't know if Zach does this anymore. I haven't seen his work lately.

i know a retired jaguar detailer... i used to work with him couple years back , 200 dollars he will buff the whole car , ive introduced him to all my buddies with cars .. and they've all got amazing results.
this guy lives in my neighborhood which is in etobicoke , PM me if ur interested. ( hes old..and he takes around 2 full days to do the whole car. ) |
Zack (W2Wdetailing / Zackman17) has been banned for quite some time.
If he talks to people face to face like how he posted/spewed online, I don't see how he's still in business or still has all of his teeth. |

I've met with Wes and he is definitely a good guy. Hopefully he will polish up my car soon.

I do detailing and while it takes quite a long time from start to finish, I personally don't charge as much as my competition but that's only because I don't do this full time.
Depending on the defects you might need as little as a one step polish or maybe two steps. Anything more really and your looking into light wet sanding and some random isolated scratches might be too deep to remove. |
