wonder if it is an M3 though, no badges....

SickFinga 05-26-2011 12:50 PM

That looks like Alex's car from Teutonic.ca (had no idea that site is still up). If I remember correctly at one time that car sported a 328is badge, but it's a real M3

Gamite 05-26-2011 02:12 PM

I still see it around. I don't know if Alex still owns it.

nice cage

330DTM 05-26-2011 10:48 PM

It is Alex's car, still remember sitting in it with that matching colored roll cage.

sweet ride *th-up*

DYMO 05-30-2011 12:17 PM

i always wondered this, what is the legality in having cages and stripped out interiors?

Ramos25 06-01-2011 04:28 PM

good question...anyone knows?

DIY 06-02-2011 12:09 AM

and if someone does know, where can the whole rule book be found? for ontario anyway...

SiR 06-02-2011 01:10 AM

theres nothing in the HTA that prohibits it that im aware of. You can get dealer installed roll bars etc
Ya its one thing to install those plate covers, its somethign different to bolt in a roll bar if it was illegal. people have done it for yrs with no problems. cars like the gt3rs come from the factory with it and its legal for our roads.

as long as your view isnt obstructed out the front you should be fine.
