Wheel Poll for Me

After seeing my car in pics this weekend, I've decided that I should really get new wheels sooner then later. I can't decide on which ones to get though. I know that I want 17x8" all around though. I've pretty much narrowed it down to these choices. I've made a post like this before, but now I want a poll!

BBS RK

OZ Superleggera

ASA FR1

All three wheels are roughly in the same price and weight category. The BBS and OZ's are one-piece (monoblock) and the ASA's are two piece, but welded together.

Put the 19's back on ! :( *sad*

If not, get the RK's.

can we get some good pics of your current wheels.. I wanna see why you want new ones since I heard so many good things about the ones you have on now!

I say Supperlegga's because Pat is already sporting the RK's!

i'd go with the RK's, but I think the look of either of these wheels won't be as nice as what you have now, but will definately be a weight savings.

I knew this was going to come up.

Ok, I love the way my current rims looks. They are beautiful....but, they're too big. Not just size, but compared to 17, they're heavy. Right now I'm more concerned with the performance of my car then the asthetics (function over form, 35lbs wheels vs. 50lbs wheels.).

Maybe eventually when I have enough money for a second set of wheels, I'll get another set of deep dish 19"s.

I really like the current set-up but I do understand the want for the change... New options, I like the ASA wheel. Would look awesome on that sick car

I'm also liking the ASA a lot, no one locally has it, and it has a nice polished lip also. Plus it also has the 9" wide rear option, but I dunno about a staggared setup though.

This is the 9" wide version, I don't think the 8" one will have such a big lip, but it'll have a lip nonetheless.

I just talked to my distributor buddy and he let me know that the canadian arm of ASA went belly up, but he seems to think that TireMag on Keele north of 7 my still carry them in Canada

A 17x9 is pretty wide for the front of an E36, especially when you start to drop the car. Could be looking at fender rolling to get it to fit.

My preference is still for the BBS RKs, as they are some of the best looking wheels around. I still miss my 2-piece RKs....

I went with the Superleggera's simply for clearance on brakes. Had the RKs cleared my Stoptech's, I would have stayed with them instead.
