ive seen that car in brampton (steeles/410). I believe its the trend in brampton to put those 'grills' on because ive also seen it on other cars as well, not to mention rainbow tints.

I've seen the very same car on Carl Tennen street (Centre/Dufferin) a couple of days ago. Almost missed the stop sign because of all the bling. I afraid it's local to me.
