Evo rear spoiler restoration project
Hey;
Was given a Evo rear spoiler with the factory clear coat peeling, chipping and badly yellowed. Apparently, this is a known issue with this model. Really bad shape!! Unfortunately, I never took a picture before I started it (thought I had, but apparently not). Here's the project pictures from about 1/3 way through initial sanding through to finished spoiler: http://i905.photobucket.com/albums/a...0120-00424.jpg http://i905.photobucket.com/albums/a...0120-00423.jpg http://i905.photobucket.com/albums/a...0120-00421.jpg http://i905.photobucket.com/albums/a...0121-00427.jpg http://i905.photobucket.com/albums/a...0121-00429.jpg Now Ready for Clear Coat: http://i905.photobucket.com/albums/a...0121-00431.jpg http://i905.photobucket.com/albums/a...0121-00440.jpg http://i905.photobucket.com/albums/a...0121-00438.jpg http://i905.photobucket.com/albums/a...0121-00439.jpg Just like new (actually in this case; better cause this won't yellow, chip or peel) :thumbup: http://i905.photobucket.com/albums/a...0121-00441.jpg |
