We are going to start off with a picture of a subaru.

At the top of the screen go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare...

The lens flare menu should pop up..Select the lens you like...mostly (105mm Prime) is used for a cars headlight...when that is selected you can see a crosshair on the car, get the crosshair positioned to where you like (headlight) and at the top adjust the brightness that you would like....


Repeat the same step for the other headlight, and you are done..

The finished product should look something like this depending on the type of lens flare you chose.. in some images lens flares looking amazing, in others not...you estimate then :)

is there any way to change the colour of the flare?

put the flare on a new layer, then you can change the color properties of that layer.

I have Jasc Paint Shop Pro!! I cant find the link to RENDER!! then lens flare
