Will these tires work?

Hi, I'm brand new to the forum. I've audited it for a while and think its great as a resource. I have a question.

I have a '06 325xi with standard 16" wheels and tires. I have a set of 225/45 17 Blizzaks from an '07 coupe that I want to put on the 325xi and I'm not sure if they will work and, what size wheels with what offset I need. Can anyone advise?

Those are a perfect fit. Any OEM 17" 3-series wheel fit those tires properly, otherwise anything with an offset between 30 and 47.

be careful with uneven tread wear on the tires with your AWD system... not sure how much it will affect Bmw AWD system... But I know its a big thing for Audi's.
