ASPtuning...satisfaction pending
 

on the 30th of august, around 7:30 local time, i bought an m3 replica bumper, and an AE kit online.

checking out it gave me an ETA of September 8. this is for anyone who bought off ASP, can you confirm that the ETA is somewhat accurate? (a day or 2 late? benefit of the doubt because of labor day weekend)

im only asking because ive tried pm'ing the guys @ asp but no answer. maybe its just bad timing? this is the evening before the delivery date and i have no tracking info....just alittle scared

Didn't ASPtuning go out of business a little while ago?

if they did and you paid via paypal then you should be able to get your money refunded.

Yeah, ASP hasn't signed into here since April. Website doesn't work either...? Sketchyyy dude, hope you get that money back.

tried calling them....its all answering machines, it says they are open from 9am-7 (our time is 2hours ahead), but when i call, it tells me to leave a msg :( poo!

not sure if they are still in business or not, but their website is fully functional from what I can see....

little update...2 months later, im getting my stuff ......heres the thing... was promised it was coming from calgary....wrong.....california....was promised no brokerage and duty garbage....wrong again...sin

Did you get a tracking number?

yea i got a tracking number....for about a week and a half the status stayed at "billing information received", up untill last week when i got a call from ups confirming my shipment

Exact same thing happened to me.. dealing with them is a headache!
