First Views; new Red Kevlar/Black Carbon Fibre Set for e46 M3

Just finished a set for a buddy that has an 2003 M3; Grey with Imola Red interior. He had me wrap the interior trim first and after picking up decided to have centre console done as well.

Here's a few of the pictures: All the parts in these pictures STILL REQUIRE wet sanding and clear coating. Finished pictures posted when installed.

Dude, I bet if you only post finished product pics you'll sell a lot more. My sis just moved, she's still working on what we were talking about

Was considering doing that, but just couldn't wait.... Liked it too much. Buddy coming by today @ 2:30, hopefully will get time to take some installed pics and will post those...

is yellow cf available?

nachos23 08-30-2010 04:12 PM

Hey Thanks guys!! To answer a couple of questions (Multi-post response.... LOL)...

I was clear coating this weekend.... Actually ****ing with the compressor and lines setup....most of the weekend. Must have changed layout half-dozen times. Next big one comes with the addition of a 60 gallon; 7hp compressor to produce the 13cfm it requires for my HVLP paint gun to spray alot of pieces. Now I have to stop whenever pressure @ gun head drops below minimum pressure....Also installed air cleaner, oil+water separator and air dryer filters in system (properly this time)....

Hope to be wrapping again tonight or tomorrow.

Yellow cf is available. Both std and 2x2 twill patterns. I need 1 weeks notice to order.

Thanks for the compliments. Been trying different parts to see how they look and also if I can wrap them sucessfully. So far, so good.... a couple of botches along the way, but you learn and don't make mistake again..... LOL
