Hi. You should only put Sunoco 94 in your M3. Its the only thing I put I'm my M5. Just my 2 cents.

That's a silly thing to say lol.

jer23 08-02-2010 08:51 PM

Why is that silly?

Why should you only put 94 in when BMW calls for 91?

Total waste unless you have a tune for 94.

jer23 08-02-2010 09:00 PM

ecu will adjust for the 94 octane. BMW calls for 91 minimum. 8HP gain on my car on dyno from 91 to 94.

So therefore 91 is bad because you got 8hp from 94?

Prettty sure BMW knows what they're doing when they say to use 91.

Ps, I do use 94 in my cars

jer23 08-02-2010 09:06 PM

8HP is the cheapest mod ever. From gas. Just my two cents. Never said 91 was bad.

Okay my bad, got the idea from saying you should ONLY use 94.

Personally I don't think an extra 8hp is needed for the street. But then again I se 94 anyway lol.
