Which colour? Bumper swap or not? PICS INSIDE
i am getting a repaint, 3 colors have caught my eye. Not sure if you can just get these colors whipped up but here they are, macao blue, nagaro silver or 087 Graphite metallic. I think these are the best 3 colors out there, what do you think? I have an 84 318i, wish it was M3 lol.
heres the 3 colors

Here are some pics of the car and the bodykit. Should i swap it to plastic bumpers from the 89 325i or keep the bodykit? if i am swapping to plastics the kit is up for grabs. The fitment issues bug me big time and i dont have the skills to fix them. Also keep your suggestions on paint color coming please.

I don't know if it's just me, but doesn't your present color looks sort of like MACAO?
Also judjeing from the pics it doesn't look that bad. Why the respray?

To make the body kit work you need some crome 22's :)

get rid of that body kit and keep the same color

i voted graphite....and please get rid of that body kit. put the oem plastic bumpers on with an is lip and a splitter. then get some basket weaves and a drop. then go from there.

I say keep the body kit. Be different the same ol' E30's you see day in and day out. Graphite would look nice, hides a lot of imperfections pretty well as well. You do need to lower it and get some nice rims though. Baskets with body kit do not mix to well.

If you want to be different I think go with a different kit that is less new school that one doesn't really match the E30 era at all. As to color that I would go with something different like a deep slight candy red or something, if thoes are the only colors you will concider then definetly the MACAO.

i would keep the kit but not sure how to resolve the gap problem at the front fenders. Also i cant get the damn bumpers off the 325i, the bolts are seized, penetrant doesnt work and no heat, dont want to melt bumpers, any ideas? i even tried to drill to get an extractor in there but the bolts are too hard, AAAAHHHHHHH!
