One Bad Experience at Auto-Links

Read about my bad experience at Auto-Links that did my tint job:

Like a drop of colour dye in a glass of water...all it takes is one bad incident to screw up my entire relationship with Auto Links.

dude bring it back to him and have him take a look at it...a bubble can be fixed....everyone has a bad day so make a appointment take the car to him and then see what happens. Not everyone has good communication skills on the phone.

after reading your "convo" he did not seem out of line.

One thing I have learnt from having to deal with people over the phone, some people just naturally sound like douches over the phone they don't mean to sound that way they just do.

I don't want him anywhere near any of my cars...not because the job was bad, but because he was being difficult when there was a problem with it. He's only nice if there's no complaints.

Even if I was unable to replicate his tone of voice in the writeup, at least what came out of his mouth is worth considering. Even if he used a monotone voice, you can't doubt that he was giving me a hard time about calling him on a problem and then wanting him to rectify it.

life time warranty = no questions asked.

The guys at Sound image in burlington do this, Ive had many cars tinted by them now and if im unhappy with the smallest thing, Way over a year later. Even if its harder to get off, they'll replace it with a smile.

Well then if you want to play it out like that, then call up the distributor of your tint, tell them the situation and see if they will have another vendor replace it for you.
