updated graphics to make it more appealing
introducing a major credit card sales provider
It reminds me of a bad pop up
simple is not better

These are just my first impressions

+1, I know it's supposed to look like that, but I agree, it's a little blocky?

More flash is needed I think.

+1 agreed.

Just looks too outdated.

At the bottom, you say easy to buy/easy to use, but then under that there's no link to online payment, or an easy checkout, it just says send payment by mail. Unfortunately, most people won't buy if you can't do online checkout. I realize you have a paypal link up top, but it needs to be added to the bottom, and more prominently advertised that you have online payment/checkout available.

I would remove the bright red banners, go more neutral, white background, some flash, smooth and round out the blocky parts, and find a neutral theme for all the buttons and logos and carry that theme through the whole site.

Here's a good example site that I found...

Straight forward, and to the point, clean layout and graphics. Comfortable on the eyes, and easy to buy. Funny enough, it's a book about web development haha.
