car always used syntethic
car was repainted 4 years ago and paint still shows well
it is been oil protected. NO RUST
it is been adult owner.
177000 kilometres
original manuals

repairs/maintenance done last year:

alternator rebuilt and new belt
battery cable
05/09 outer tie rods, aligment
09/09 new brake pads and rotors ( front and back)
09/09 rear calipers
10/09 clutch & hanger bearing
10/09 drive shaft
12/09 new tires

this year:

01/10 catalytic convertor
02/10 e-test done
01/10 right control arm and bushings
03/10 BMW wheel rondells on the BBS lids
04/10 seats ulphostery
04/10 quarter pannel dent fixed and painted ( it had a dent and it was scratched)
04/10 sunroof pannel replaced and painted ( previus had some rust on one corner)
05/10 vacum hoses replaced
05/10 new starter
05/10 oil changed, air filter, and new antifrezze-collant

what it needs:

for safety:
e-brake cables.
left front bearing

what i would do :
-stiffer shock absorbers and lower springs
-replace the dash (has 2 small cracks)
-re-ulphost rear seat bottom (1 cigarrette burn)
-get a new rear spoiler ( paint is craking in the actual one)
-the car had a small incident in the front (last owner) the hood will need to be re-aligned.
-needs new gear knob

asking $5000 but open to offers.
