ya there is isnt there..i remember my cousin was gonna buy it but paid the extra $$$ and went JBL

AMG_POWER 03-28-2003 04:26 PM

yeah the model is KAC 929 kenwood, so i don't think it has 1000 rms, but still it's pumping enough for me*th-up*

Oh man! I've just checked the specs in carsound and it goes like this:
The KAC-929 is a two-channel amp with power ratings of 150 watts x 2 or 460 watts x 1 into 4 ohms and 230 watts x2 into 2 ohms. Features include a variable low pass filter, switchable bass boost, an expander, speaker level inputs, and fan-forced cooling.

and the AudioBahn subs are 450 watts RMS rated each with dual 4ohms VC. If I'm reading it right, the subs are still a bit underpowered. Personally, I'd rather go for the Phoenix Gold TI series, higher current amps with IASCA competition experence. For the subs....uhhhh.......looks like it's base line stuffs, not like the high excursion subs...

only a 1000 watts? my amp has 1.21 gigawatts! GREAT SCOTT!
