E30 Bilstein Sport Lowering Springs. $90 Set of 4.

Bilstein Part # 199022 & 199023

These springs were part of a 'Bilstein Tuned Suspension' kit, which paired Bilstein Sport shocks with their own in-house lowering springs. They were on my 1989 325 coupe, and with this lowered the car about 1.5 inches.

I had them on the car for about 3 years. I liked them, but switched to Eibach (which are softer) because my wife prefers a softer ride, we have two small kids now. etc. etc. The Bilsteins definitely out-handled the Eibachs, and were definitely stiffer.

Good condition, a small area of surface rust on two of the springs (front) where the enamel paint cracked. Does not affect function - and could be easily dealt with using a wire brush and a bit of paint. Rear springs are perfect.
