Look at all the guns.
We just browsing the RCMP website and came across the Canadian Firearms Program.
I knew Canada had an active gun community but when I saw the stats it caught me way off guard. 1,058,902 people have the PAL 7,459,504 total registered firearms. That sure is quite a few guns for not very many people. Well when they stick up the 2010 stats my numbers will be added. Here is the link for those who want to read up on more: http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/f.../index-eng.htm I will say, after having a firearm transfered from one owner to myself, that it is shockingly easy to transfer gun ownership in this country, maybe a little too easy. |
there is a lot of outdoor space in Canada, it is a hunting country, we also have lots of gun collectors here, I have a few friends that each have 75-150 handguns/rifles.

When I went to take my PAL the teacher there had the same deal, 75-100 guns.
But when I look at the numbers, least to me, it just seems like a small segment of people have a butt load of guns. I have both my restricted and non, and it seems for restricted the rules have become a lot for stringent. They wont even think about selling you a hand gun now if you have not been a member of a gun club for at least a year ( i believe) and need to be an active member at is also. |
is it possible to have a belt fed 50.cal machine gun?
auto matic m16's? with m203 grenade launchers? composition 4 explosives 15 pounds worth?? and around 30 hand grenades? with around 100 grenade launcher rounds. last but not least 50.cal barret semi auto sniper rifle? 100,000 rounds of 50 cal. 30,000 rounds of m16 and if its a possiblity i think 10-15 claymore mines. can i get this stuff in canada, i want to prep a "ironhide" from transformers. for the 2012 alien invasion |
Criminals dont have registered guns. Seriously. Get this through your head. Look up how many gun crimes were comitted with registered firearms by their owners.

What are you talking about propr'one?
Sorry E30blue, all those items are prohibited in Canada for the average day joe. Least the legal way. |
Canada is a hunting country. all the people i know that have guns are for hunting.
each have at least 5 ranging from rifles, shotguns and crossbow's. |
Yes, I forget that each hunting season may require a different type of firearm.
|
I have a few friends with PAL's and none of them have just one gun.
