Vibrations !?
 

So the problem is that when every i accelerate, at around 2500 rpm the car begins to vibrate really hard and it is coming from right under the armrest..I am thinking that it might be the flex disc since the car has very high milage? Can any one help me find out what it might be other than that ??

tranny mounts? flex disk?

check your drive shaft center bearing

and your rear subframe mounts

I cheked under the car today and found out that my flex disc has hugo cracks in it so i am guessing that it is the problem. How much should I expect to pay to get it fixed ?

I was gonna say flex disk, as mine did the same thing, do the carrier bearing while you have the drive shaft out, and check transmission out put seal and diff input seal, good time to get a few things done while only taking apart once.

prices vary big time on the flex disk and carrier bearings, you can get both peices for $80 up to $200, I used the Febi/Billstein one on my E36, think it cost about $140 for both parts, Labour was done by me.

yeah usually when the guibo(flex disc) goes, the center bearing goes around the same time... or the other way around i dont know which one causes the other to break down...m3 guibo is a lot stronger and direct match up...
