i wanna run, 16X9 in the front and 16X9.5 (or 10's) in the rear of my E30 on diamond racing rims, but im not sure of the offset i should run???

i was thinking 0 offset?

+10 front and rear.

E30 Kid 03-04-2010 06:14 PM

both +10??? i was thinking about stretch tire tho??

Mystikal 03-04-2010 07:43 PM

Yeah, both. The wider width in the rear will make the stance equal.

Of course stretch, the wheels will be poking out the side of the car. 205/45 front and 225/40 rear with rolled fenders in the rear.

well this might all change now, cause diamond racing doesnt make 16inch, so im going with 15 inch, so i wanna go with a high series tire maybe fill in the wheel gab....

my fronts and rears are rolled already, plus i have coilovers so i can adjust if necessary

15s are a little tougher, because tire choices get more limited. 205/50 F and 215/45 R would work, but you may have trouble finding matching tires.

well im ordering the rims next weekend. then painting the lip pearl white :) once thats all done ill let you know. i might order my tires

what BACK spacing should i get?

15X8 1" to 5 1/2 " ?????
15X10 1" to 7" ?????

Balatch 03-09-2010 05:03 AM

Well, I am often wrong so take this with a grain of salt.

For 0 offset, divide the width by 2... 15x8= 4 inch backspacing?

15x10=5 inch backspacing?

Then plus or minus whichever direction you feel like going in.
