2010 Toronto Auto Show Media Day - Part 2 Canadian Flavour
I thought there should be some Canadian flavour to the pictures.
Up first is PFAFF Tuning. You may know PFAFF Porsche but they also do tuning in house. Pretty cool and the results from aesthetics point of view really does the trick for me. Enjoy. http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...g/DSC_2126.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...g/DSC_2127.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...g/DSC_2128.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...g/DSC_2129.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...g/DSC_2133.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...g/DSC_2134.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...g/DSC_2135.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...g/DSC_2142.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...g/DSC_2144.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...g/DSC_2145.jpg |
Next up is Top Tuner based out of Toronto and New Brunswick.
I spoke to the owner a very cool guy. Although the CTS is not really my taste the Camaro is mmm mmm good. Enjoy. http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...r/DSC_2031.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...r/DSC_2063.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...r/DSC_2064.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...r/DSC_2065.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...r/DSC_2066.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...r/DSC_2067.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...r/DSC_2068.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...r/DSC_2069.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...r/DSC_2070.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...r/DSC_2071.jpg |

Finally to finish up with the Canadian Flavour, the Plethore.
She's a really beautiful car in person. She has a definite presence about her. Enjoy. http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC_2147.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC_2162.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC_2148.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC_2149.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC_2150.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC_2152.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC_2153.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC_2155.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC_2156.jpg http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC_2158.jpg |

Did anyone else notice the BMW Steering wheel in that Canadian car..
let me guess it probably has some sort of LS engine in that. I wonder where they stole their suspension design from. http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC_2155.jpg |
Yeap. Spoke to the rep there and noticed the BMW performance wheel there as well.
It makes financial sense for a small independent supercar firm to outsource some parts in order to at the very least break even on the project. If you look at other vehicles like the Atom (Honda now Chevy), Koenisigg (Ford engine for a while) and the Morgan (BMW 3.5) outsourced their engine parts as well as other parts i'm sure. I applaud them for trying to dip their hats into the super car arena albeit a competitive arena. The President and CEO of the company used to be an Aircraft Engineer I believe. |
