Can anyone suggest where i should go to get this fixed?

Did you get hit by lightning!!!? Looks like the molding is melted! My guess would be any auto glass place. I think you have to remove the glass to replace the molding on the E39...And that job can be a rear b#tch!

Im not sure what happened. That corner is just dried up that it crumbles if you touch it.

Stopped by Apple Auto Glass. The guy says that the water can not leak in as the real seal in under the glass about half an inch from the exposed rubber.

Roughly it would cost around $300 to get the job done.

I have the same issue. Good to know its no biggie. Maybe black caulking carefully applied might close up the unsightly gap?

I have had great windshield work done at Go Glass in Waterloo... if you cannot find a place locally that is... let me know.
