anyone upgrade their stock front bushings to urethane?

Anyone upgrade their front control arm bushings from OEM to Urethane. I was considering Powerflex bushings for my 330Xi...... Anyone use them or any other brand you would recommend..... Mine is a 330Xi, so not all brands make Xi compatible bushings. Thoughts/experiences?

How long did your originals last?
I would stick with OEM, I heard bad things about urethane because it won't snug the control arm properly, let's it slip.

My car has 200,000 km on it. I noticed the thumping @ my feet @ around 170,000km. Guess they did ok.. May have been gone before, but I noticed the thumping more after I replaced the springs and shocks to H&R and Bilstein..... now, the car wanders when I'm driving. Just checked and confirmed it is the COntrol Arm Bushings.... completely blown..... I was looking @ teh PowerFlex products......
