I am selling 10 months old core 2 duo CPU E8400

If you are looking at this ad, I am pretty sure you are familiar with this unit.

Extremely good for gaming. The only reason why I am trying to sell this unit is I do lots of graphic work and movie editing. So I want to go with Q9550.

I am not sure how much Q9550 will give improvement but I want to give a shot.

I do not have a box or fan. It's only a CPU unit itself. You can use a fan that you are using it right now.

BTW: this unit NEVER has been OVERCLOCKED. I like to use an unit itself so I didn't bother overclock this unit so I am 100% sure this unit is durable.

Not overclocking an E8400 is a sin. I have mine running at 3.6 on stock cooler with only a minor vbump.

only 3.6 well.

I could've gone up to 3.8GHz but I didn't bother since I was only using Kingston Value Ram.. :)

Right now I am using Q9550 and it's pretty good. I am using 2.8 - > 3.4 now.

Still my Kingston Value Ram is dragging me down.

I can image this going past the 4.0 mark. I have my little e6400 1.8 overclocked to 2.8 stable for 2 years.
