Anybody see the 318Ti for sale on drouillard rd.

I was driving by today and noticed a 318ti for sale on drouillard. It didn't look to bad driving by but has anybody checked it out?

Sold to me, decent overall shape, actice pkg. minimal rust 185,000 km saftied and e-test with major tune-up, bought for a good price
