re-programming of remote key

I'm looking to have the key re-programmed so that the tailights and corner lights blink when you lock and unlock the car using the remote. Would also like the clown nose (@ bottom of mirror) to flash while the car is locked.. I understand this can be done.

Can you program this and how much? It's an 04 330Xi.

You'll have to go to the dealership for re-programming. no idea how much.
