Just got new rims for my 98 Imola M Roadster - XXR Sportmax 006 (Black with Anodize Red). 18" with staggered setup, Falken FK452 tires. Using 1" H&R spacers in the back.

Ha...never seen Sportmax's on anything with an M badge. Even the E30 guys with $1200 cars call them cheap.

Looks good though.

was there any need for that comment?
they look good! who really cares what he paid for them? Actually in my mind it's smarter to buy rims that look good that you don't need to spend a fortune on!

Definitely looks good.
Same design as the ASA AR1's which are licensed by BBS. Sort of a knock off of the BBS CH's

Trust me, I don't care. But when E30 forums have smilies like this: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/imag...s/sportmax.gif, you start to understand the stigma.

^^say said that in a really nice way, and i agree with him.

I was about to comment on the sportmaxxs too. On e30 forums they are considered cheap and people hate them. I didn't care as not many e30 in toronto had them, and i think they look great for the price, that is why i have a set.
