e36 325i very Poor Accleration!! when warm!!

Anyone ever had this issue?If i start the car in the morning she gets up and goes but after it warms up no acceleration what so ever...Very Very poor :(.Oxygen Sensor..??

catalitic converter pulged/clog or something.when its hot look under your car if it's red thats it

do you have any CEL's? I had an O2 sensor do this to me.

No engine light nothing..its a very strange issue...only when its hot my acceleration sucks and if i run it for over 40min it doesnt take acceleration it boggs. :(
