will that fit on a stock e36?

That's made from stainless, btw, it shouldn't rust to begin with.

I had that EXACT muffler on my E39 540i with resonator delete. It was the shit, sounded like NASCAR.

Free bump!

Hi will , if you have a single inlet , yes it will. If you have two exhaust pipes going INTO the muffler, then no, a y adaptor will rob power.

I know it shouldn t and it doesn t in summer, but unfortunately even stainless steel can't hold against our winter salts. Don't get me wrong, its not rusted, but this way it will last for ages.

Also, it was too flashy when I had it on my car, i didn t want to get exhaust tickets LOL

Yeah, I've got one now on an E30 and is like a damn disco ball under the bumper. What did you coat it with? Did you need to prep it or anything to get it to stick? It looks good.

I would clean it down, you can give it a sanding for the paint to adhere, but i found it sticks quite well directly too.

You require High heat manifold paint the 815 celcius one. It very reluctant to heat, matte, and comes in gunmetal, gray, black...

As you can see, gunmetal tones it down alot, but if you want you can spray it black and it will look exactly like stock... but still have its nice growl :D

I find that you would probably have to do a touch up spray up every few months or so if you drive on stoney roads , otherwise, no chips.

Oh, btw, muffler is SOLD!*wave*
