19" winter tires needed

Just putting it out there. My dad is in need of some 19" winter tires for his 745i. Anyone have any used tires they're looking to get rid of?

I have a set of 18" Rims and winter tires almost brand new from a 745i. They are on OEM BMW rims as well, looking for $1200 for the full set. Let me know.
