you are looking for a DRL Delete Module, where to get it im not sure. It can also be hard wired

I'm pretty sure a 94 would have to be hard wired, as only the later E36's used the relay to add DRL. Search the board. I think Clayman may have posted the DIY for removing DRLs on early e36s

You may be able to find your answer there.

1994 e36's had their Daytime Running Lights hardwired, so you cannot swap a module to get rid of them. Safe & Sound has alot of experience re-wiring DRLs for BMWs, and can help you out no problem. Their prices aren't bad either.
