The latest from Bimmersport
Just wanted to show you guys whats going to be chillin on the streets this summer from Bimmersport..
The car came in as a Hartge H26.... http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1.../hartge002.jpg http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1.../hartge009.jpg http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1.../hartge016.jpg and it turned it like this... http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1...7/HPIM0656.jpg http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1...7/HPIM0655.jpg The finished product.. http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1...7/HPIM0657.jpg I'm not going to post the future plans, as the member is on the board so if he feels like it..he'll let you know. The car may be "ruined" as some people may see it, but i'd hold that thought until you see the end result (most likely lots of burned rubber :D ) Next in line is another beast, hopefully a nice 250rwhp when we're done :) http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1...7/HPIM0661.jpg |
Now for the real cars (lol just joking guys!)
http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1...7/HPIM0653.jpg http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1...7/HPIM0649.jpg and the finale...also my personal fav. :D http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1...andanuk032.jpg http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1...7/HPIM0627.jpg Some of you guys remember this M coupe with Alaska plates...."for the oil change" :D http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1...7/HPIM0646.jpg http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f1...7/HPIM0645.jpg That one was really nice, AA C38 kit (S52 motor w/ M50 manifold) with AA/Dinan exhaust |
wow... *druels*
|
Nice projects! I popped in today to organize having my interior headliner, etc swapped next Wednesday. I'm the guy that looked all out of place in my suit!
|
How much does bimmersport charge to do a tranny swap, from tiptronic to a 5 or 6spd? I wanna do that sometime. I know Dbk4World Did his @ bimmersport.
|
That's awesome Jon.*th-up*;)
I've seen that M-Coupe in person, that thing is sexy as hell. |
Nice work on those engine swaps.
As for the Hartge, if in fact that was an authentic Hartge H26, IMO it's a real shame what was done. Hartge Tuner cars in North America are rare as it is. |
Congrats boys, you never cease to amaze me.
|
omg Johnny, you just made me cream my pants.. i can't wait to drive it!!!!!!
|
Johnny, 2 more years of school and as soon as I save my first 10 grand, I'm coming in with my e30 and you guys will do watever you want to it ;) (lol i know its a long wait :()
|
wut did he do with the engine
|
Its about fu*king time you did some work Jon
" Hey Jon ge to wok " lol |
Wow, thats some daring work! Good job!
|
The hartge Motor was getting tired and I thought it was time for a change. After you drive a car for a while the "fun" factor starts to deminish. Besides at a point one has to realize the limitations of the motor. A full rebuild and boosting it would also of caused the car to loose it rarety anyways.
