its actually 2 bolts on one hub... is it REALLY bad if i drive the car?

yes .. I wouldnt go to far of a distance (mechanic shop at most .. no highway)

front or rear?

If it's the front, it may be easier to replace the wheel bearing which comes with a new hub.

If its the rear you'll probably have to find a used hub.

I wouldn't re-thread a lug nut.
