Rust repair

Looking to get a few rust spots cut out and welded on an E30 (surprise, surprise). Along a couple of seams and the jackspots. Right side will need pretty major work, as the metal is pretty intricate and largely rusted through.

Any recommendations? I don't want to break the bank, but I want it done right.
Thanks

I'm getting my e30 repainted, lots of body work needs to be done... The guy is actually not using bondo, he's brass sealing all his welds and filling the small dents with brass... (old school way of doing things right) I'm paying 4k for the work... I've looked for cheaper and found non. I can pm you his contact information, located on highway 7 and creditstone

Yes, please! I won't be getting paint until the spring, but I do want the rust addressed soon.

Any word on this, before/after pics would be great if you have them as well as contract details

It's essentially drowning in fiberglass resin!

If you want a pro. job from a reputable company check out the guild of automobile restorers up in Brantford. Their work is absolutely top knotch.

I don't know what their prices are like so if you do end up getting a quote, detailed before/after pics and price would really help out...

Yeah, car's in storage since December, it'll come out in mid-April. Pics will be taken at that point (avert your eyes!) and we'll see from there. I have big plans for this car, I'm far too attached to it. I'm hoping it'll be around $2-2.5k.

I went to get a few quotes, cheapest was around $2.5k, up to $7k. Decided to do a manny tranny swap on the E39 first, so I bought a welder instead and will try to learn how to do it myself so that I can DIY it over the summer.
